"I recommend Hawaiian Limos to people when they ask if I know of any good places to get a limo. I am an older woman and had never been to BWI airport before, so when I hired the limo to go, I didn't know what to expect. The lady I talked to was very cordial and helpful. The morning of the flight, we had an ice storm. I was frantic, but I called the limo service and the woman, who is a grandmother herself, assured me that she could get me there. I decided it would be best for both of us, if I went on a later flight, and she agreed. I got in touch with the airlines and it was no trouble getting seats on the next flight, a couple of hours later than the first flight. I called Hawaiian Limos and she said she'd be here. We got to the airport safely, and she told me where to go to get my flight and all the information I needed. I felt well cared for and safe. She was waiting for me when I returned 3 weeks later...and very patiently as the luggage had gotten confused on the belts...I arrived safely and we gave each other a hug. I felt like she was part of my family. I'd hire them anytime for anything."
